Our Products
Shear Power Tools
The Shear Power hydraulic shears were engineered with a patented design, a unique innovation that sets them apart from conventional cutting tools by ensuring superior performance and reliability.
Power Pack
The self-contained hydraulic power pack includes a 120-gallon hydraulic oil reservoir, a 30-gallon diesel fuel tank, and a 150 HP Tier 4 diesel engine mounted on a galvanized skid frame measuring 8 ft long, 7 ft high,...
Subsea Shears
Investing in a decommissioning shear rather than using a subcontractor's cutting tools will make each future project more cost-effective and profitable. The use of hydraulic shears has become the fastest, safest, and ...
Remote Control Panel
With over 20 years of experience in building and renting hydraulic pile cutting shears, Shear Power Services International, LLC has observed that most large contractors already have self-contained hydraulic power pack...
Why Choose Us
The Shear Power hydraulic shears were developed to operate above and below the water line. Equipped with remote control capabilities, the operator is able to open and close the gate and lock as well as extend and retract the blade. The simplicity of the technology allows the system to be operated by a single person. With shears offered in sizes from 24 inches up to our 54-inch piling diameter opening, one tool can be used on most pile cutting projects. All the hydraulic cylinders contain sub-sea seals and chrome rods to preserve an extend the life of the tool. The forces produced by the hydraulic cylinders are designed to sever concrete and the reinforcing rebar contained within in less than a minute.
The shear power blade is designed with a penetrating point used to lessen the forces required to start the cut. A Hardened steel that makes the blade virtually wear resistant. The frames are sandblasted and primed with a sub sea zinc oxide. As a custom feature, the side covers can be water jetted to have your company name shown on your piling demolition projects.
Key Features and Technology
Blade Technology
The blade design used with the Shear Power Hydraulic pile cutters tools are designed to produce a wear-resistant, high-impact, long-lasting blade with minimal wear.
Performance
The tool cuts through concrete and steel jacketed piling with virtually no wear.
Competitive Edge
The tool is significantly faster than competing wire saws, completing a cut within minutes, compared to wire sawing that requires expendables and additional cutting time.
